Terms & Conditions for rpyyyy Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rpyyyy" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the company operating the website accessible at https://rpyyyy.cam, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, and any authorised agents acting on its behalf.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered or is in the process of registering an account on rpyyyy, or who accesses any part of the Platform without registration.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account registered by a Player on rpyyyy, through which all gaming and transaction activity is conducted.
• "Services" — all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, customer-support interactions, and any other functionality made available by rpyyyy to Players.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credit, free spins, or promotional value credited to a Player's account as part of a marketing or promotional offer by rpyyyy.
• "Real Funds" — currency deposited by a Player using their own money through approved payment channels, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and address verification process required by rpyyyy to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility prior to enabling full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any country or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to rpyyyy and all associated Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rpyyyy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Services are primarily made available to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and rpyyyy accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party, and that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.

2.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to hold an account or participate in any promotion offered by rpyyyy:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or shareholders of rpyyyy or any affiliated company.
• Immediate family members of any such person (spouse, parent, sibling, or child).
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from rpyyyy or any affiliated gambling platform.
• Persons who have been excluded or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may maintain only one registered account on rpyyyy. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts in question may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rpyyyy will never ask for your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Transfers

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to another person. Any such attempt will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

rpyyyy is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process may also be triggered during account review, at the point of a significant deposit, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to com plete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rpyyyy may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Players will typically be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport. The document must be current, undamaged, and fully legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) to confirm ownership.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken on request by the compliance team.

4.3 Processing Time

rpyyyy endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Players will be notified by email of the outcome of their verification review.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rpyyyy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

rpyyyy reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment channels via site announcement or email.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. rpyyyy may, at its discretion, impose higher individual limits for VIP account holders.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. rpyyyy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or system outages outside our control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during operating hours (06:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. rpyyyy reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our risk-management protocols, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on rpyyyy are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rpyyyy does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

5.6 Refusal of Transactions

rpyyyy reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, the Player will be notified and invited to provide clarifying documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by rpyyyy are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer tables, certain progressive jackpot slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

rpyyyy actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion between accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of free spin offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rpyyyy reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to permanently close the associated account(s).

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period, which is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed or whose wagering requirements remain unsatisfied at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds

Where a Player holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds simultaneously, Real Funds are always available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and KYC requirements. Withdrawing Real Funds while Bonus Funds are active will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on rpyyyy are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the sportsbook rules section. Markets covered include BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, among others. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available subject to minimum odds requirements stated at the time of bet placement. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.

7.2 Live Betting

In-play odds are updated in real time. rpyyyy reserves the right to suspend or void live markets where data integrity cannot be guaranteed, or where a match has been interrupted, abandoned, or is subject to an integrity investigation.

7.3 Casino Games

All slot, live dealer, table game, and crash-game titles offered on rpyyyy use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming infrastructure provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. 7.4 Void Bets and Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, technical malfunctions, or data feed errors — rpyyyy reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. No compensation beyond the return of original stakes will be offered in such circumstances.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rpyyyy and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers in bad faith.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use rpyyyy as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rpyyyy platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software code, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rpyyyy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without rpyyyy's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpyyyy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits arising from a technical malfunction, service interruption, or network failure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from events outside rpyyyy's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third parties to access your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

In all cases where rpyyyy is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by rpyyyy's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. rpyyyy employs 256-bit SSL encryption, segregated data storage, and role-based access controls to protect your personal information.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

Any verified Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements.

13.2 Closure by rpyyyy

rpyyyy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or for any other reason at rpyyyy's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, all balances may be forfeited.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpyyyy holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings will be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

15 Amendments to These Terms

rpyyyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
